Guiding Supported Chair Yoga

Opening pathways to steadiness

Supported Chair Yoga

The chair back, when introduced with clear guidance, becomes a reliable partner for balance and support. This style bridges the gap between chair and mat yoga, creating stable opportunities for supported poses such as Warrior II, while adding steadiness and balance to Tree and more.

Perfect for those who enjoy a yoga practice, yet feel their stability needs a little assistance.

These workshops are grounded in the philosophy of a safe, adaptive practice, as shared in the book Teaching Accessible & Safe Chair Yoga. It's available either as part of your registration (distributed at the workshop), or for pre-reading consider ordering your copy through your favourite online retailer.

For safety/accessibility and practice space requirements max registration is 8.

Watch for upcoming workshop dates.
