Exploring Dual Chair Yoga

New possibilities, familiar poses

Dual Chair Yoga

A second chair gently “raises the floor,” creating a stable, elevated platform where participants can explore poses like Staff and Boat with comfort and confidence—no need to transition to the mat. Poses, such as Bound Angle, also available in a single chair practice now more deeply connect to the classic seated forms.  A great style for those in assisted living facilities!
